Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective October 14, 2026
OpsMosaic LLC ("OpsMosaic," "we," "us") is a Washington limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect through the FieldTeam Go website and in the course of our work, how we use it, who we share it with and how, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a quote, contact us, or become a client: your name, business name, email, phone number, and anything you tell us about your business.
- Client business information. When we provide services, we work inside our clients' own systems and handle the information needed to do the job — which can include their customers' names, addresses, phone numbers, service history, and scheduling details.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store full card numbers, and our team members never ask for or record card numbers.
- Technical information. Like most websites, ours may use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use it.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes
- To deliver the services a client has engaged us for
- To send invoices and process payments
- To support the software, apps, and digital products we provide
- To keep our website and systems secure and working
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use a client's information to market anyone else's business.
Who we share it with
- Our team. Services are delivered by named, dedicated team members and contractors, including personnel located outside the United States. Everyone with access is bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as ours.
- Service providers that help us run the business: payment processing (Stripe), website hosting, email and document tools, phone systems, and the scheduling and business software our clients use.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
- Business transfers. If OpsMosaic merges or sells substantially all of its assets, information may transfer to the successor under the same protections.
How information is shared
Information is shared only through secure, access-controlled systems, using named individual logins, never shared passwords. Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work.
How we protect it
- Named individual accounts, a password manager, and multi-factor authentication
- Least-privilege access: each person sees only what their role requires
- When an engagement ends, all of our access is removed within five business days of handing administrative control back to the client
- If we believe client data has been accessed without authorization, we notify the client within 48 hours
- We do not record calls or meetings
Client data belongs to the client
For our service clients, the client owns its business data and its customers' data. We handle it only on the client's behalf, under our signed agreement and data processing agreement. When an engagement ends, we return or destroy it within 30 days and confirm in writing.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example, tax and accounting records).
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing ben@opsmosaic.co. If your information came to us through one of our clients, we'll work with that client to respond.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date above.

Terms of Service, Refunds & Cancellation
Effective October 14, 2026
These terms cover use of the FieldTeam Go website and purchases from OpsMosaic LLC, a Washington limited liability company.
What we offer
- Operational support for field service companies: call answering, scheduling, dispatch, billing support, and related office operations, offered in Coverage, Operations, and Growth tiers
- Technology consulting: systems setup and recovery, AI and workflow automation, and business coaching
- Software, apps, and digital products, such as books and online courses
Signed agreements control
Service engagements are governed by a signed Master Service Terms, a Tier Contract, and any signed Addenda. If anything on this website differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Website descriptions and prices are summaries, not offers. A proposal or quote becomes binding only when it's signed.
Who we serve
We serve businesses in the United States. Operational support engagements are not available to businesses based in or operating primarily from California.
Pricing and payment
- Prices shown on our website are starting prices. Your actual price is set in your quote or signed agreement.
- Service fees are billed monthly in arrears (after the month's work). Consulting is billed by the hour, as worked, itemized by date.
- Invoices are due within 15 days unless your agreement says otherwise. Overdue amounts accrue 1.5% per month, or the highest rate the law allows if that's lower.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe or paid by bank transfer.
- We only ever ask you to pay an account held in OpsMosaic LLC's own name. If you ever receive changed payment instructions, confirm them with us by phone or a separate email before paying.
- Fees don't include taxes. Each party pays the taxes the law places on it.
Cancellation
- Service engagements: each Tier Contract has an initial term. After it ends, the engagement continues month to month, and either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Notice by email counts.
- Subscriptions to software or apps: cancel anytime. Access continues through the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be billed again.
- We don't lock clients in. When an engagement ends, you receive a copy of your Runbook, your files, and an orderly handover of your accounts and passwords, at no charge.
Refunds
- Services and consulting are billed for work already performed, so they're not refundable. If we didn't perform as agreed, we'll redo the work at no charge, or, if that can't fix it, credit you a proportionate share of the fee.
- Subscriptions: no refunds for partial billing periods.
- One-time digital purchases (such as books and courses): if a product doesn't work as described, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund it.
- Billing questions: raise any invoice dispute in writing within 15 days. Pay the undisputed portion on time while we sort it out.
No guaranteed results
We commit to doing the work professionally and well. We don't guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue, bookings, leads, search rankings, or collections.
Website use
Content on this website belongs to OpsMosaic. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, OpsMosaic isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Washington law. Disputes with service clients are resolved as stated in their signed agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
